We do not work with standardized test procedures or interview processes. This is the only way we can respond to the individual wishes of our customers and candidates and take them into account in the best possible way.

Applications, whether unsolicited or for a specific position that we have received, are never sent to third parties without consent.

Our special feature:

Our working methods are based on fairness, mutual respect, consideration and honesty. We provide our candidates and client companies with a personal contact who accompanies the project from the beginning to the hiring. This allows us to respond to your individual wishes and requirements.

Our working methods are that of a classic headhunter. By this we do not mean searching via advertisements, but rather identifying and individually searching for and directly approaching potential candidates.

We do not conduct standardized interviews with our candidates, but rather interviews that address the respective individual requirements of the position.

We tailor these to the specific requirements of the company, the position to be filled, the company culture, working atmosphere and the way employees are treated. We take into account the candidates’ special requirements and ideas, wishes and goals.

This is the only way we can find the “perfect fit” employee for our customers who will provide long-term economic benefits for the company.

We get to know the responsible people in the company (customer) personally and can therefore take into account the different requirements and ideas.

A change of job for a candidate can bring about enormous changes. A local life change may be imminent, in which the family must be involved. We always respect the candidates’ ideas and see them as individuals, with their own individual wishes, ideas and motivations.

We are repeatedly confirmed that we accompany the candidates not only from a professional point of view, but also – and this is particularly important to us – “personally” into the existing team and the respective corporate culture.
